The leather chosen to produce this shoe is of the highest quality, it must therefore be treated with care, so that it preserves, unchanged over time, those qualities that distinguish it.

For this purpose, we would like to give you some valuable advice so that your Pantofola d' Oro continues to give you over time those sensations of comfort and pleasantness that you immediately felt the first time you wore it:

Always use a shoe sock to wear it;
You use a form when you're not wearing it;
Let your shoes dry, in case they get wet, at room temperature, perhaps padded with sheets of newspaper. Never place them near a fire or a radiator: this will prevent the skin from "cracking";
Use a damp sponge or cloth to remove mud and dirt - keeping your shoe clean is of the utmost importance. When the shoe is dry, pass a cloth, also dry. You must remove the dirt before polishing the shoe, otherwise it will discolor the leather;
To polish the shoe, use a good quality wax of the right color. Darker colors discolor the leather. For further polishing, use a neutral cream and rub with a soft cloth.
With these small tricks, your Pantofola d'Oro will give you full satisfaction over time.


FOOTBALL COLLECTION

We recommend cleaning our football boots using a damp, non-abrasive cloth and without using any detergents.

To keep the original shape it is necessary to use simple newspaper and insert it inside the shoes.

Do not dry in the sun.

Once dry you can apply a neutral ointment normally marketed for this use.

Football boots size guide

1. Place your feet on a piece of paper and stand upright with your heel lightly touching a wall behind you.

2. Mark the tip of your longest finger on the paper and measure the distance from the wall to the mark.

3. Do the same for the other foot and compare your measurements with our size chart to get the right size.

When you place an online order with us here at Pantofola d'Oro, it will be handpicked by our warehouse team here in Italy and sent to your door, wherever you are.

We use EXPRESS COURIERS (TNT EXPRESS, DHL EXPRESS and UPS) for our deliveries.

If your order is taking any longer to get to you than the above-stated shipping time, please get in touch with us so we can check up on this for you.

Please note we’ll endeavour to dispatch your order straight away, however during sale periods this could take 2-3 working days.

VAT costs for Extra-EU customers

Orders placed on Pantofola d'oro.com are shipped as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), i.e. exclusive of any local sales taxes or customs duties.

If you are located in a non-EU country, we recommend you to check your local taxes and duties before placing an order on Pantofola d'oro.com.

Please be aware that any local sales taxes and/or customs duties are excluded and will be charged directly to the customer by the courier for each order at the time of delivery and will not be refunded if the items are returned.

Pantofola d'Oro cannot control or predict these charges. The charged amount depends on the duties of each individual country.

Returns and Refunds

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. Pantofola d'Oro.com does not accept returns of products purchased from other retailers.

The products must be shipped or delivered intact: they must not have been used, worn, washed or altered in any way; the original tag must be attached to the still sealed product; the products must be returned in their original packaging and must be sent to Pantofola d'Oro in a single shipment. To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved, your refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be transferred to your credit card or original payment method, within a set number of days.

Delayed Refunds or Missing Refunds

If you still haven't received a refund, please check your bank account again.

Then contact your bank. This operation can often require variable processing times.

Pantofola d'Oro will only accept return shipments sent with the DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) formula. This means that you will be responsible for paying your own postage costs for returning the item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. In the case of returns from EXTRA EEC countries, the cost that the customer will incur for the shipment must include costs relating to taxes and customs duties. If the return shipment is not carried out following the instructions indicated by us, Pantofola d'Oro reserves the right to deduct the cost of shipping costs and any duties from the refund amount.

If the value of the item you are returning exceeds €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Pantofola d'Oro assumes no responsibility in the event of loss or damage to the products.
